Charity hesitates entering the maze because of disturbing visions that she is having. She sees trouble for all of the supposed couples.
Sheridan sees the imposter and DeeDee together and pieces in the cell phone call and gets suspicious and worried.
Timmy knocked over a potion that contains a mist that will break up loving couples. Tabitha is upset that she and Timmy are trapped in the lair and cannot get out to see the evil unfold. The mist is starting to work on Sheridan and Luis.
Mort the reporter decides to crash the engagement party.
He runs into Gwen who recognizes him.
Rebecca had to once again caution Gwen to wait to ruin Theresa and Ethan's relationship. Gwen is getting impatient. Hank warns Gwen off of trying to come between Ethan and Theresa. He tells her anyone as beautiful as her could have any man she wants.
Timmy tries playing magician and instead of freeing himself and Tabitha, makes Julian appear in the lair. He gets Julian to disappear and accidentally changes Tabitha into a white mouse.
Gwen discusses Ethan with Mort the reporter. Gwen is delighted to hear that Mort is trying to track down who sent the email that ruined Ethan's life. Gwen happily tells Mort that Ethan may be willing to talk to him if it will help give him the name of the leak. Charity's premonitions become more and more disturbing as she sees her love life and the loves of all the other couples in Harmony go down in flames.
Kay tells Simone she is certain that she will finally get Miguel. She is especially convinced since Charity is having visions of them together.
Simone wants everyone to take her relationship with Chad seriously. Chad and Whitney decide to be honest with Simone after the party. They decide they must tell her the truth about their relationship the first thing in the morning.
Reese is still prowling around the Crane grounds trying to prove once and for all that Tabitha is a witch.
Reese is convinced that there is something unnatural about the vial that is hanging around Tabitha's neck. Jessica tells him to give up his silly quest and start to enjoy the party.
Timmy changes Tabitha back into her same old self. Tabitha realizes that she can see the evil mist at work by using the stone pool as a window to the grounds above them.
Tabitha sees Reese is still determined to prove he is a witch. She casts a spell to send a man eating lion after "Ross" to keep him from discovering her secret.
Gwen enters the maze and runs directly into Ethan. Mort runs into Theresa and begins to question her about Ethan and the email. Gwen and Ethan listen in to their conversation.
Tabitha assures Timmy that once the evil mist is done ruining the loves in Harmony, she will find a way for them to escape Hecuba's old lair. She tells him that in the meanwhile, to sit back and enjoy watching the evil play havoc with everyone's life.
Sheridan confronts Luis and demands to know who the woman was that she saw him talking to. She is unaware she really saw the Luis imposter instead.
The real Luis assures Sheridan he was talking to the wife of a co-worker and nothing suspicious is going on. He tells her to trust him. She pledges her love to him and tells him she trusts him with her life.
Luis gets called away to the police station on business.
Julian and Rebecca plan to use this to their advantage and arrange for Sheridan to catch the imposter in bed with DeeDee.
Ivy demands Sam admit he still loves her, especially after he almost kisses her. When Sam tells her he doesn't feel anything for her she goes out on the window ledge, telling Sam she has nothing to live for.
Sam urges her to come back inside. Ivy jumps and Sam catches her. He embraces her as he takes her back inside.
The evil mist is working on Grace who is having premonitions about Ivy and Sam. She comes to the party out of fear for Sam.
Eve starts to hallucinate that she is back in the hospital 20 years ago and has just given birth to her son that "died".
TC has a visit from his dead father thanks to the evil mist. His father asks him why he even stepped on Crane property. He tells TC to open his eyes and put the clues together before his family gets destroyed.
The mist causes Eve to be reunited with her newborn son that she lost over twenty years ago.She sees a shadowy figure steal her baby away.
It also causes TC to be reunited with his dead father. His father tells him he must kill Julian Crane. He tells TC that Julian caused his accident and robbed him of his dream. TC then relives the fateful night of his life shattering accident and sees Julian in the other car that ran him off the road.
Chad kisses Simone thinking it was Whitney. Whitney comes upon them and is upset.
Whitney wanders through the mist and ends up near a door that leads to Chad's room. He is hurt to see her and reminds her that they promised never to see each other again.
Whitney gets irate until Chad hands Whitney a paper to read. After reading it, Whitney gasps and tells Chad he is right and they can never be together again.
The mist causes problems for everyone except Ivy who gets Sam to kiss her passionately. Sam remembers his past with Ivy and how much in love they were. He also remembers that he promised to love Ivy forever. Grace walks in to see them together. Grace runs out on them.
Grace then comes across Eve after she awakes from her experience at the hospital. Grace tries to convince Eve that she fell and had a dream about her baby.
Sam finds TC choking a statue that he thinks is Julian.
Because of the evil mist, a hurt Charity hears Miguel pledge his love to Kay. Miguel then tells Charity that he is with Kay because Kay is willing to give him sex, unlike her. Charity then sees the real Kay and Miguel. They cannot understand why she is upset with them. Miguel tells Charity she must have seen a statue and had the fog play tricks on her. Kay is happy to hear the news of Charity's vision. Kay feels that it is a vision that will come true.
A cop on Julian's payroll calls the real Luis to the station so Sheridan will be able to catch the imposter in bed with DeeDee. Sheridan hears and recognizes DeeDee's voice and tries to catch up with her but is too late.
Julian plays the part of the supportive brother to the hilt.
He tells Sheridan and Luis he wants to start over and be a real family.
Ethan puts Mort the reporter in a head lock and threatens to kill him. The mist causes Gwen to expose Theresa as the one who ruined Ethan's life. Theresa assures Ethan that she did not send the email. Gwen then corners Theresa and asks her to admit that she knew Ethan was not a Crane before he did. Theresa lies her way out and Ethan believes her. Mort refuses to tell Ethan who sent the email and Ethan throws him off the grounds.
Sheridan calls the station to check on Luis since there is so much fog. Julian's paid flunkie tells her that he is not at the station and has not been called. Sheridan begins to get worried, unaware that she is being set up.
