After many failed attempts, Theresa and Ethan finally get Luis to give them their blessing. Kay is having trouble getting her soul back. Hecuba promises Tabitha that this year will be worse than ever! Hecuba grows to like Martimmy's, while Tabitha and Timmy continuously save Hecuba from Holy water, only to find that Hecuba still wants to destroy them!
